TERMS OF SALE All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. An e-mail confirming your order will be sent to you within 24 hours. HOW TO PAY We currently accepy payments via Pay Pal online. RETURNS POLICY Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Nonya-K tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Any item which has been made to a customoer's own specifications including specific colour/design requests, will be non-returnable. We do not cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by Recorded Delivery or a Courier to safeguard your items. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Should you cancel and have already paid for the good, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. QUALITY Each item is individually handmade to the highest quality. Hand-knitting and hand-printing is used and due to the nature of this, items are similar but never exactly the same - giving each a uniqueness of its own. This information is used for the following purposes: to send you the goods you have bought, to charge you for the product, to send e-mail of conventional mail to you, to let you know of new products.
