Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days. due to the products being handmade, if the items is out stock there may be an increased time of dispatch but you will be notified. The delivery charge is £8.00 per delivery address for orders £300 and below, £12.00 for orders under £500 and delivery is free for orders over £500. All orders are posted using Recorded/Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. If we are unable to dispatch your complete order at one time, you will not be charged for a second delivery. For Overseas delivery, the charge is £20 per delivery address. All orders are posted using Recorded Delivery or Courier. If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your contry. Any additional charges for Customs Clearance must be met by you. Nonya-K cannot be held responsible for these charges.
